"This was a quick overnight stay that included a zippy check in, sleep, in-room coffee, a little bit of wifi enabled work, a trip to the breakfast buffet, and a shower! Everything was of good quality, comfort and efficiency were priorities, and I was happy with my choice. "

"Well equipped room, felt modern and stylish. Content location with lots of shopping and dining within a short walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. The downside of the location is it’s in a busy area and outside noise can be easily heard inside. Also the room didn’t have blackout curtains so once the sun is up the room doesn’t get very dark. With those small caveats it’s a great option for staying in Grand Bend."

"Need more trollies when it comes to the day everyone is going home it’s a nightmare trying to find one. I know we have had a lot of snow recently and I have this same issue with my staff but the maintenance regarding snow removal needs to be more consistent. Elderly and disabled people were having a hard time walking around the outside property, even just trying to park and check in.
